Limit New Instance: If you execute more 'file explorer's then you specified, it will be closed immediately and the instances already running will be popped up. It is convinient because you can bring explorers with 'Window Key + E'.
Limit file explorer instance count
WindowKey+Number1~9: Use WindowKey+Number1~9 Key to bring explorers. The number indicates the location for the file explorers in the Taskbar. If explorers located in the most left corner, use '1' key.
